Suzanne Gard
PT, MSc in Sports Physioterapy

Introduction

Suzanne graduated from the School of Physiotherapy in Geneve, she started then her Master of Science in Sports Physiotherapy at the University of Bath (UK) with a special interest in injury prevention in sport. Suzanne became a Sports Physiotherapist at the Swiss Olympic Centre HUG Cressy in Geneve and lecturer UAS at the School of Health Sciences in Geneve (HES-SO).

During her professional carrier she worked with the Swiss female basketball team, the Gymnastic Training Centre Geneve, the Volleyball Academy Geneve and she participated at the Olympic Games of London in 2012 and Rio in 2016, and at the European Games in Baku in 2015.

Suzanne is the Vice-president of EUSSER (European Society of Shoulder and Elbow Rehabilitation), PT programme organizing committee of ESSKA (European Society for Sport Traumatology, Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy) and board member of RRMES (French speaking swiss sport medicine network).
